AI transparency
We advise on the EU AI Act, so we apply it to our own website. This page explains where AI is used here and where it is not (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Art. 50, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744).
No chatbot, no automated decisions
- This website has no chatbot and no other AI system that talks to you. Every e-mail you receive from us after a form is either an automatic confirmation (plain template, no AI) or written by a person.
- Contact requests and requests for the reference library are read and decided by a person. There is no automated decision-making, no profiling and no emotion recognition.
- Our statistics tool (self-hosted Matomo, only if you allow it) measures how the website is used, for example page views and clicks on buttons. It uses no AI.
Pictures
- Some pictures and graphics on this website were created with AI, for example the illustration on the homepage and the pictures of the reference library. They are symbolic: they do not show real people, real places or real events.
- Pictures in the reference library carry a visible label “AI-generated” and a machine-readable marking in the file (IPTC metadata “trainedAlgorithmicMedia”). Where the AI tool adds a content credential (C2PA), we keep it.
Texts and translations
- We use AI tools to help draft, check and translate texts. Every text is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published; QmiSoft is editorially responsible for all content (Art. 50(4) AI Act).
- The reference concepts behind the access code are practice-based reference work, not completed customer projects. They are not legal advice.
Questions
Write to info@qmisoft.com if you have a question about AI on this website or think a label is missing.
